row of unmatched doors at entry scaled to uniform size, added 1/2 wall to define entry and dining area ~ added lighting in dining area nook to allow for glass shelves for display ~ complete kitchen redo ~ removed wall and added bar to open kitchen into living space ~ matched wood flooring for seamless look where wall was removed and bar was created ~ reconfigured laundry room off kitchen to add desk work space ~ bulletin board disguised fuse box ~ hvac vents, fire sprinklers and wall outlets relocated to allow for addition of crown molding and baseboard ~ updated closet hanging system ~ complete master bath redo, including glass-enclosed shower ~ complete 2nd bath redo, including glass-enclosed shower

enhanced front entry with stucco, wraps for steps and windows, creating an outside foyer leading to interior foyer ~ kitchen includes new cabinetry, vegetable sink in island, 2 wine coolers, stove under large hood with hidden ductwork venting outside the house ~ lighting enhanced with effect of windows in interior walls, suspended silver bar light fixture over island and ‘flying saucer’ light fixture over kitchen nook ~ small but very functional outdoor kitchen with stone countertops and composite cabinets that can be hosed down, refrigerator, sink, grill and vent; exterior flat screen TV has since been installed ~ den/office space for 2 attorneys utilizes corkboard, a fine strip of LED lighting and a wall mounted flat screen computer monitor ~ living room’s built in bar with sink designed by Betty Sandler, built to look like an antique ~ Anderson doors installed throughout house ~ master walk-in shower with dual controls, seats, glass block window, fixed and hand-held showerheads and heated towel bars

kitchen completely gutted and restored with glass subway tile taken to ceiling behind glass hood, turquoise color granite, work area with desk (kitchen cabinets without glass store office items) ~ his bath has ½ inch clear glass shower door hinged at corner of glass wall, shower door top dropped down, glass walls extended to ceiling, stone and glass wall tile, washer and drier to left of his sink, with water shut-off in upper cabinets for easy access ~ her bathroom shown before mirror and window shutters installed, Crema Marfil marble countertops and stone and glass wall tile matching his bath, luxurious tub with free standing spigot
